Rayana Pandey

Rayana is a dynamic corporate trainer, theatre director, public speaker, and actor with over 18 years of experience in theatre, media, and communications—10 of which were spent in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

During her time in Southeast Asia, she organized and hosted over 150 business conferences and events, receiving excellent reviews for her ability to engage audiences and facilitate impactful discussions. She also played a key role as the Marketing and Artistic Director of DASTAK, Singapore’s only Hindi Theatre Festival, helping it grow into a highly regarded cultural event.

In 2018, she returned to Mumbai and founded Mobius Strip Productions and Chakravyu Performing Arts, two platforms dedicated to using theatre as a tool for transformation, storytelling, and skill development. As a theatre director and actor, she has helmed multiple productions, bringing powerful narratives to the stage and mentoring aspiring performers.Beyond the stage, Rayana is a trusted advisor to senior corporate leaders, counseling them on organizational culture, leadership, and people management.
