Welcome to Artists Supporting Artists International ("ASA," "we," "us," "our"). ASA is a free global directory and network connecting artists and arts-related businesses across disciplines and borders. By using this website and its services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

What ASA is

ASA International is an independent, international community directory and network. It is not a registered company, agency, employer, or agent. ASA does not act as a broker, representative, or intermediary between members, and is not a party to any arrangement, engagement, or transaction entered into between members or between members and third parties.

No vetting or endorsement

Inclusion in the directory is not a recommendation or endorsement by ASA.

Your responsibility

Any contact, engagement, collaboration, hiring, agreement, or dealing you enter into with another member, or with any party you find through ASA, is entirely at your own risk and your own responsibility. You are responsible for making your own enquiries and satisfying yourself as to the suitability, safety, and legitimacy of any person or organisation before entering into any arrangement. ASA accepts no liability for any loss, damage, dispute, or harm arising from any such dealing.

Accuracy of listings

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any information you submit. You must only submit information you have the right to share, and must not submit anything false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or offensive. ASA is not responsible for the accuracy of any listing.

Intellectual property

Any creative work, script, image, or material you submit remains your own property or that of its rightful owner. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to anything you submit. By submitting material for display, you grant ASA permission to display it on the website for the purpose of operating the directory. You may request removal at any time.

Right to remove

ASA reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice or obligation to give reasons, to edit, decline, suspend, or remove any listing or content, and to restrict or withdraw access to any user, at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASA and those who operate it accept no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of this website, the directory, or any service, or from any dealing between members or with third parties. The website and its services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

2. Privacy Notice (international, strictest-common-standard)

Last updated: [2nd August, 2026]

Artists Supporting Artists International ("ASA," "we," "us," "our") is a free global directory and network. This notice explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you register with or use this website. ASA operates internationally, and we aim to handle your personal information in line with international data-protection standards, including the Australian Privacy Principles, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, as applicable.

What we collect

When you register or submit a form, we collect the personal information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, location, languages, professional details, images (such as a headshot or logo), links to your website or social media, and any other information you enter into a registration, submission, or contact form.

Why we collect it

We collect and use this information to:

  • create and display your public listing in the ASA directory, where you have chosen to be listed;

  • enable other members and visitors to find and contact you;

  • send you service-related messages, such as confirmation of your submission and the secure link used to update your own listing;

  • operate, maintain, and improve the ASA network.

We collect and use your personal information on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form and tick the consent box. We collect only what is reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Public listings

If you register for a public directory, the information in your listing is, by its nature, made publicly visible on the website and may be viewed by anyone. Please only include information in your listing that you are comfortable making public.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal information for as long as your listing is active, or as long as needed for the purposes above. If you ask us to remove your listing, we will remove your personal information from the live directory, and delete it from our records within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it by law.

Your rights

Wherever you are located, you may:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;

  • request that we correct or update it;

  • request that we erase it;

  • withdraw your consent at any time;

  • object to or ask us to restrict how we use it.

You can update your own listing at any time using the secure link provided to you, or contact us using the details below to exercise any of these rights.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. If you withdraw consent, we will remove your listing and personal information from the directory. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

How we store and protect your information

This website is built and hosted on Wix, and your information is stored on Wix's systems, subject to Wix's own security and privacy practices. Because ASA is a global service, your information may be stored or processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

ASA is intended for adults and working artists. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Contact and complaints

If you have any questions, requests, or complaints about your personal information or this notice, please contact:

glenn@enigmatichillsproductions.com

We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your own country.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
