Select N/A. This is the one place on the form where N/A is the correct answer — everywhere else on the form, leave optional fields blank rather than typing N/A or NO. If you're not a performer, or a field simply doesn't describe you, N/A in the Physical Details section is exactly what we're asking for.

The most significant only — institution or teacher - course - year. Do not list every workshop you've done. If you're listing more than one, put each on its own line rather than running them together. The form allows for line breaks

Put each on its own line, and name the reviewer or publication where you can — for example: "A commanding presence on stage." — The Stage. Keep each one brief. This is a free, volunteer-run service, so entries aren't always checked the moment they're submitted. A few things can delay or prevent your listing from appearing:An incomplete submission. Every non-optional field needs an answer.
