I am Gaurav Ambare, a professionally trained actor, writer and theatre practitioner, 5'8" (173 cm) tall and weighing 68 kg, with over 18 years of experience in theatre and film.
I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Dramatic Arts from Bharatendu Natya Akademi (BNA), Lucknow, and a Diploma in Film Appreciation from SRFTI, Kolkata. I also hold a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Drama and have qualified UGC-NET in Drama.
As an actor, I have worked in 5 feature films, 5 television series in Hindi and Marathi, 3 advertisements, and 6–7 short films. I have also performed in 35–40 theatre productions and continue to actively work in theatre.
Alongside acting, I work as a writer. My ongoing production, *Kam Se Kam Coffee Toh Acchi Hai*, which I have written and perform in, is currently being staged across India.
I work fluently in Hindi, Marathi and English, and bring extensive experience in theatre, cinema and television, along with strong performance training and versatility.
